A little care goes a long way in keeping your candle beautiful and safe to enjoy.
Here's everything you need to know.
Made to Order Notice
All items are handmade after your order is placed, so please plan ahead:
- Custom Candle Bouquets: please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
- Event Orders (weddings, baby showers, baptisms, birthdays): please place your order at least 2 weeks before your desired pickup date to allow enough time for production.
- All other items: please allow 1–5 business days for production before your item ships.
If your item is available from an existing batch, your order may ship or be ready sooner than the timelines above.
Please allow extra time during major sales or holidays. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Shipping Rate
Flat-rate $15 shipping within Canada & the USA
Shipping Time
Canada: 3–9 business days (after processing), depending on location
USA: 5–15 business days (after processing), depending on location
International: Currently, we do not ship internationally
Shipping time does not include processing time.
Delivery may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by customs
Please Note: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for packages "returned to sender" due to unpaid customs fees.
These charges are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info.studionandar@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos of the item.
We'll respond within 3 business days and offer a full refund or a replacement of the same item, your choice.
Studio Nandar is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Lost parcel
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.
